I’ve always been driven by curiosity — asking, exploring, learning, and trying. Very early on, I realized that there’s always more than one way to do something. I often had ideas — many ideas — and that’s what people called my creativity when I was a kid. 

I loved creating and making things better — whether in my community, a company, or the world around me. From a young age, I found joy in learning across disciplines and bringing people together to drive change. This curiosity and passion led me to study Architecture and to join a charity organization at just 16. I loved spending time in my imagination, coming up with concepts — and then making them real. I developed an eye for design, but I also valued structure, detail, and execution. Design is powerful — but bringing an idea to life is what creates real impact. That’s where my love for strategy and implementation began. 

To deepen my approach, I studied design thinking at Stanford’s d.school and through Stanford Executive Education, at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, and at the Raiffeisen School of Innovation. I also explored design sprint methodology with AJ&Smart in Berlin. Today, I combine insights from all these frameworks — adapting tools and methods to meet the specific needs, context, and goals of each new project.

I’ve worked in a variety of environments — from planning and architecture, through execution management, to corporate innovation. I've also been involved in real estate and edtech startups, and non-profit organizations. I’ve led change initiatives, designed innovation strategies, created tailor-made trainings, and worked on digital product development. Along the way, I’ve shared my experiences in corporate innovation and innovative thinking as a guest lecturer at universities and as a TEDx speaker.

Curiosity drives me outside of work, too. I’m always asking: What else is out there to explore? I took up sports — and, as in my professional life, was quickly drawn to big goals and bold challenges, like completing four marathons in four different countries and finishing a Half-Ironman triathlon.
