I've always been driven by curiosity - asking, exploring, trying. Early on, I realized there's never just one way to do something, and I loved making things better: in my community, in companies, in the world around me. That drive led me to study Architecture, to join a charity at just 16, and later into startups, small companies, and innovation departments in big corporations. In every role, what inspired me most was starting something new - shaping ideas and delivering extra value.

In 2016, I led a team for the first time. Learning how to unlock team potential, I discovered Design Thinking - and it was a turning point. This way of working completely changed how people collaborate and create together. I was so inspired that I deepened my expertise at Stanford and the Hasso Plattner Institute, alongside executive programs in the US and Austria.

For more than six years now, I've been bringing the best of Design Thinking into practice: implementing it in strategic innovation projects, training teams in the methodology, and coaching individuals to master it themselves. Along the way, I've developed new workshop formats and spoken at universities, conferences, and industry events.

I believe precious things rarely come easily. But as someone who is always running the extra mile - in business, at marathons, and in Ironman races - I know every person can be trained to achieve great goals. That's the mission of MILE29.
